University of St.Gallen (SIM-HSG)
In the quaint Swiss town of St.Gallen you probably wouldn’t expect to find one of the world’s leading business schools, but then again the University of St.Gallen has always done things differently. Lying between the financial centers of Zurich and Munich, it is a key recruitment hotspot for employers in the ‘DACH’ region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) yet its reach extends far beyond this pocket of central Europe.
University of St.Gallen also has international hubs in São Paulo & Singapore as well as links with more than 200 universities worldwide, providing unmatched exchange opportunities for its students.
After graduation its students also benefit from being part of the oldest alumni association in Europe and one of the most active, with over 300 events annually. That means University of St.Gallen alumni can instantly tap into a global network of contacts that stretches across five continents. It is these kinds of benefits which St.Gallen graduates value the most and which make the school so highly-respected.
Their flagship program, the Master’s in Strategy and International Management (SIM) at University of St.Gallen has been ranked as the best in the world by the Financial Times for 10 consecutive years (2011 – 2020). It combines the academic rigour of a master’s degree with the practice-based approach of an MBA, providing graduates with a well-rounded skill set and significant work experience. By incorporating studies from other disciplines into the program, students are left with a broad business perspective & complementary skills that allow them to tackle complex management challenges. SIM students also have excellent career perspectives and graduates rated the SIM the highest among all MiM programs for aims achieved, with 94%.
There are many more reasons why the St.Gallen SIM program is the best of its kind in the world, but perhaps it’s time you found out for yourself right here on their MASTERGRADSCHOOLS profile.
