School

The Kenan–Flagler Business School is the undergraduate and graduate business school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The school offers a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA), MBA for Executives, Master of Accounting, Ph.D., a business certificate program, as well as many executive education programs.

Programs

UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School offers the Master of Accounting aimed towards individuals who are starting their career, switching disciplines or advancing their careers. The program delivers deep accounting skills and knowledge. The formats are flexible with the option for online delivery, as well as on-campus. 

Students finish the course in just one year, developing from students to professionals and going on to impact organizations within a few months after graduation. 

Scholarships

UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School offers fellowship awards for outstanding students enrolling in either the online or on-campus format. The majority of scholarships are mert-based while a handful are allocated for undergraduate Pell grant recipients. 

External scholarships are also available for students enrolling into programs at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Jim Kitchen, (BA ‘87, professor of the practice of strategy and entrepreneurship at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, participated in a six-person crew of Blue Origin’s latest flight to space. Kitchen had dreamed of the experience since he was “a child watching an Apollo launch while sitting on his mom’s lap.”
