Location

NUS Business School is based in the Mochtar Riady Building in Singapore, a nine-story building with modern classrooms, meeting rooms, study spaces, dining areas, a café, and an alumni lounge.

With its orderly city planning, developed economy, warm climate, and wide range of job opportunities, it’s no wonder Singapore continues to be an attractive study destination. While it has a population of just 5.5 million (approximately), Singapore welcomes a whopping 50,000 international students to the country every year. It is also a major financial hub where East meets West, home to large global companies such as DBS Bank, Singapore Airlines, Singtel, and Wilmar International.

Accreditations

NUS Business School is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) and the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), meeting the highest standards for business education.

These are the NUS MSc in Accounting, the NUS MSc in Finance, the NUS MSc in Human Capital Management and Analytics, the NUS MSc in Management, the NUS MSc in Management + CEMS MIM, the NUS MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insights, the NUS MSc in Marketing Analytics and Insights + CEMS MIM, the NUS MSc in Real Estate, the MSc in Supply Chain Management, the NUS MSc in Business Analytics, and the NUS MSc in Sustainable and Green Finance.

Scholarships

NUS Business School awards scholarships to outstanding master’s candidates in most of its master’s programs, categories such as academic excellence, diversity, resilience, and region.

Every program offers different scholarship opportunities. Available scholarships for the MSc in Finance, for example, include the W L (Bill) Byrnes Global Scholarship (awarded to candidates with exceptional academic performance as well as demonstrated financial need) and the Dhanabalan Scholarship (awarded to Singaporean citizens or permanent residents with excellent academic profiles and demonstrated financial need). The MSc in Business Analytics, on the other hand, awards scholarships such as the NUS BAC Merit Scholarship (awarded to outstanding candidates with impressive academic and professional achievements and strong leadership potential) and the NUS BAC Global Scholarship (awarded to exceptional candidates who seek to apply their business analytics knowledge to make an impact).

Fun fact

NUS Business School regularly engages its corporate partners – including the likes of Shell, Citibank, Blackrock, TikTok, and Mastercard – to bring special events and learning opportunities to its students. One example is the NUS Asian Business Series, showcasing important thought leadership from Asia. Past experts hail from a multitude of sectors, from Dr. Stefan Hoops (Head of Corporate Bank at Deutsche Bank) to Simon Kahn (Chief Marketing Officer at Google APAC) to Neha Singla (Director, Global Head of Product Operations at TikTok).

Another example is the Leadership Dialogue Series, which hosts business leaders in a dynamic exchange of ideas and knowledge with the NUS community.
