Founded in 1953, the UAI Business School is the oldest business school in Chile and provides management education to students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, master’s, MBA, and Ph.D. programs. The UAI Business School and many of its academic programs and departments are consistently ranked among the best in Chile and Latin America.

Adolfo Ibáñez University has two campuses. The Peñalolén Campus is found at the base of the Andes mountains, overlooking the lustrous Chilean capital, Santiago. The Viña del Mar Campus is located in a residential neighborhood of Viña del Mar, with amphitheater-style classrooms and an impressive panoramic view of the ocean.

UAI also has centers in Valparaíso (Chile), Lima (Peru), and Miami (USA). Throughout UAI’s campuses, there is a common theme among their choice of location: none of them are based in the city center. The school invites students to gain a more reflective perspective – what better way to break away from the constant rumbling of the city than by being surrounded by the breathtaking Andes mountains?

Adolfo Ibáñez University is the only business school in Chile to hold the elite triple accreditation, which means it has been accredited by the three largest and most influential accrediting bodies: the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), and the Association of MBAs (AMBA).

The school is also accredited by the National Accreditation Commission (CNA) and is one of only five universities in the country with accreditations in institutional management, undergraduate teaching, research, community engagement, and graduate teaching.

Adolfo Ibáñez University offers a range of business master’s programs, including a Master’s in Marketing Management, a Master’s in Financial Management, a Master’s in Management of People and Organizations, and a Master’s in Management and Technological Entrepreneurship.

Master’s programs at UAI come in a variety of formats, from fully face-to-face to fully online to blended. Every program is designed to help students develop their skills and collaborate with others in order to become key players in advancing the economic empowerment of the continent.

Other master’s programs at UAI include a Master’s in Evaluation and Project Management, a Master’s in Financial Strategy, a Master’s in Management Skills, a Master’s in Sustainable Business, and a Master’s in Strategic Communications Management. The Master’s in Innovation & Design is notably intriguing for students seeking to drive innovation within their business.

Adolfo Ibáñez University offers several different scholarships, all of which are complementary to the state benefits provided by the Ministry of Education. This includes the Total Scholarship, which covers 100% of the tuition fees and is awarded to students from low-income families, and the Pedro Luis González Scholarship for Academic Excellence (PLG), which is for students with the most impressive academic achievements.

Since 2002, Adolfo Ibáñez University has implemented the standard model several prestigious universities use abroad. Students now have access to minors, majors, and fundamental subjects. Fundamental subjects are subjects required for all students to pass with a degree.
