Copenhagen Business School (CBS) was established in 1917. Today, with 20,000 students and 1,500 employees, CBS is one of the largest business schools in Europe and one of the 8 Danish universities.

Location

CBS’s department of Sustainability is the hub for sustainable research at Copenhagen Business School and they consistently develop new ideas to make sustainability a more prominent part of campus life for all individuals on campus. 


A wide range of campus services, activities and facilities are available at CBS and the city of Copenhagen has so much more to offer. Copenhagen contains many public gaerns and urban spaces all of which are a testament to its commitment to an eco-friendly lifestyle. 

Accreditations

CBS is one of the few Business Schools worldwide to have achieved the ‘Triple-Crown’ status of accreditation. That is to be accredited by The Association of MBA (AMBA), the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), and the Association to Advance Collegiate School of Business (AACSB). 


CBS is also accredited by The Global Alliance in Management Education (CEMS), an alliance of business schools and multinational companies, and has a partnership in International Management (PIM), a consortium of leading international business schools.   

Programs

CBS currently offers a wide range of subjects to attain your Master’s degree in. The areas of interest are: Economics, Finance & Accounting; Marketing & Communication; Business Management; IT & Information in Organizations; Innovation & Entrepreneurship; Organization Development & Human Resources; Society, Politics and Law; and Languages & Cultures. 


Each discipline contains several different Master’s programs taught in English as well as one program taught in Danish per discipline. Less to say there are plenty of options for prospective students to choose from. 

Scholarships

Fun fact

Art plays an important role at CBS, who believe that art must be alive and provocative to encourage researchers, students and partners to challenge their usual mindset. Therefore, the art is closely related to and prominently connected to CBS’ research and educational programs. Due to the importance of art at CBS, the institution contains several organizations and entities connected to art.
