Location
IE University campus is in historic and elegant Madrid. As the capital of Spain, Madrid is also the center of the country’s art and financial industries. The IE Business School campus has plenty of green spaces and decent recreational facilities. The newest addition is the IE Tower, the embodiment of IE’s technological and sustainable mindset.
Accreditations
IE Business School at IE University is among the 1% of business schools to hold accreditations from AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS.
AACSB International (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) is a global organization that has been ensuring the quality of business education since 1916. Founded in 1967 in London, the Association of MBAs (AMBA) is an international authority on postgraduate business education. EQUIS is an international accreditation awarded by the European Foundation of Management Development which was established in 1972.
Programs
IE University offers master’s degrees that cover the breadth of business functions. From the Master in Business Analytics and Big Data to the Master in Talent Development and Human Resources, the specialized programs allow you to target your dream role. Many of the master’s can be combined as dual degree programs for further customization.
While most programs are taught in English the MIM offers some courses in Spanish, and the Master Degree in Management + Master Degree in Business Tax Consulting (LL.M.) dual degree can also be taken totally in Spanish.
Scholarships
IE University and The IE Foundation offer several awards and need-based scholarships. All admitted students are considered for the awards but separate applications are required for the scholarships.
Fun fact
IE University partners with Elle Magazine to run the Elle Talent Project. In this competition, young entrepreneurs pitch their projects to a jury of experts and mentors from Elle and IE. The entrepreneur with the most unique and viable project wins a full scholarship to the Master in Management program and €25,000!
