LCI Barcelona, Official School of Higher Education in Design, is the European campus of the LCI Education network. LCI Barcelona's origin is the association in October 2013 between LCI Education and the School of Higher Education in Fashion Felicidad Duce. LCI Barcelona trains professionals in design, recognized by their excellence and their global vision.
LCI Barcelona is located in an area with an active commercial and cultural presence alongside plenty of restaurants and leisure activities. LCI Barcelona boasts its advanced facilities and modern equipment and technology in a learning space designed to expand your inspiration.
The campus itself spans 3,500 square meters on two floors with multipurpose spaces as well as specialized ones across the campus. With over 700 square meters of common and study spaces, students have easy access to all the amenities and services found at the University.
LCI Barcelona’s Official Master in Creation & Development of Digital Projects is currently undergoing a process of accreditation. LCI Barcelona has submitted a self-accreditation report and the External Evaluation Committee will visit the School to conduct an in-person assessment. The process will be completed before the summer of 2022.
LCI Barcelona offers over 20 Master’s degree programs in Spanish and English. Subject areas range from Fashion Design and Marketing to Gastronomic and Advertising Photography. The programs truly inspire creativity within students and challenge them to think differently.
One of the courses, Master in Fashion Marketing, Communication and Event Planning (available in Spanish or English), considered contemporary global challenges and methods to address them. Taught by fashion professionals, the program aims to foster creative thinking and provide the knowledge to manage brands in a comprehensive fashion.
LCI Barcelona annually announces an award for ‘Best High School Final Project.’ The scholarship is for High School students from public and private centers in Catalonia who have completed a research project in relation to the areas of interest taught at LCI Barcelona.
The School also awards scholarships for excellence in higher art education. The scholarship is awarded to one student within each subject who has obtained an honorary registration in an ordinary call.
LCI Barcelona is globally recognized for its diversity and internationalism. With relationships with over 150 companies, institutions and partners coupled with 23 campuses in 5 continents means students are able to do internships in companies in any of these countries. Furthermore, the LCI Barcelona is part of the Erasmus+ Program of exchange with other European universities. All of this results in students being able to easily prepare and dive into a future with a global perspective and opportunities.
