UCD College of Engineering and Architecture is located in Dublin, Ireland. Dublin is the capital and largest city in Ireland making it a hub for education and innovation in Ireland. Students have a multitude of opportunities after their education in a wide range of sectors in international and regional companies.

Dublin is also a very cost-efficient city, ranking 49 out of 567 cities globally for the lowest cost of living (with a score of 83). The low cost of living coupled with an immense number of activities, events, and attractions across the city make it a wonderful place to study and live.

UCD is accredited by AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA, thereby holding the “triple crown” achievement of accreditation: to be accredited by the three most prestigious international accreditation bodies globally.

The accreditations reflect the School’s commitment to continuously improving and refining their programs and curriculums in order to meet the demands of an ever-changing society. Employers respect the accreditations and students can feel assured their educational efforts will not be unnoticed in the job market.

UCD College of Engineering and Architecture offers a broad spectrum of Masters degree programs, the courses last between one to two years and equip students with the necessary tools to lead a successful career in a variety of sectors.

Students have the opportunity to study specific areas of interest due to the number and variety of master’s degrees offered at UCD College of Engineering.

UCD College of Engineering and Architecture provides a range of scholarships for prospective students as well as current students. The scholarships are generally merit-based, recognizing a candidate’s academic excellence and achievements.

In early 2022, a new Memorandum of Understanding was signed between University College Dublin and Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) with the aim of strengthening collaboration between the universities. The partnership serves to benefit research and innovation and create co-developed solutions to global challenges.
