Scholarships

Students who are currently earning a master’s degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign can receive a second graduate degree from Gies Business directly following their primary degree. In as little as nine months, you can combine your passion for academic disciplines like engineering, human resources, law, advertising, architecture, healthcare, or social work with your interest in business.

Students who apply for the Gies+ scholarship will be considered for a tuition discount up to $10,000 once they are admitted into one of the participating Gies Business programs.

Fun fact

Dr. W. Brooke Elliott has been selected as dean of Gies College of Business and the Josef and Margot Lakonishok Professor in Business, pending approval by the Board of Trustees. Elliott will become the 11th dean in the 100+ year history of Gies Business and the first woman to ever hold that position. Her appointment will begin August 16.
