School

Location

The Schulich School of Business has three campuses, two of which are located in Toronto, Canada’s largest city and main economic and cultural hub. The city is consistently ranked as one of the 20 best cities in the world.

The Keele Campus is one of the most environmentally sustainable academic buildings in North America, housing a café, a student marketplace, a fitness and wellness center, and an outdoor courtyard. The Miles S. Nadal Campus, on the other hand, is home to a small number of lecture halls, as well as the Peter F. Bronfman Business Library, an executive dining room, an auditorium, a restaurant, a Starbucks, a hotel, and the York Entrepreneurship Development Institute.

Schulich also has a campus in Hyderabad, India, a fast-growing city where you’ll find multinational companies like Amazon, IBM, Deloitte, and Microsoft. Hyderabad is also emerging as an Indian hub of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and tech.

Accreditations

The Schulich School of Business is accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS).

Schulich is also a member of the Partnership in International Management (PIM) and the Pacific Asian Consortium for International Business Education and Research (PACIBER).

Programs

There is a range of eight specialized master’s programs on offer at the Schulich School of Business. They cover niche fields – such as the Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence (MMAI), the Master of Business Analytics (MBAN), the Master of Real Estate & Infrastructure (MREI), and the Master of Suppy Chain Management (MSCM) – as well as more generalized business topics, such as the Master of Accounting (MAcc), the Master of Finance (MF), the Master of Management (MMgt), and the Master of Marketing (MMKG).

All master’s students at Schulich have access to top-notch career services, including corporate information sessions, career coaching, and regular recruitment events.

Scholarships

The Schulich School of Business offers a variety of scholarships for master’s candidates.

Every program offers different scholarship opportunities. The Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence (MMAI), for example, offers the Schulich Artificial Intelligence Entrance Award, awarded to MMAI candidates with outstanding academic performance. Meanwhile, the Master of Management (MMgt) offers the Robert Krembil Scholarship of Merit, which is awarded to MMgt candidates who can demonstrate excellent academic performance, as well as work experience, strong communication skills, proven leadership ability, and contributions to their community.

The Schulich School of Business is home to a diverse array of research centers, institutes, and labs. This includes the Behavioral Research Lab, the Center for Customer Centricity, The Center of Excellence in Responsible Business, the Future of Marketing Institute, the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the Schulich Deloitte Cognitive Analytics and Visualization Lab. The latter is an innovative laboratory, which was designed to explore predictive analytics, natural language processing, machine learning, analytics design and visualization, and data-based storytelling. The lab is available to students and faculty in Schulich’s Master of Business Analytics (MBAN) program and other master’s programs.

Schulich has an impressive track record in research output. The school boasts 1,854 journal publications since 2009, with 88% of articles published in collaboration with international researchers and 203 academic honors, including Best Paper, Best Editor, Best Reviewer, and other book awards.
